Topic

This half term we will be focussing on settling children in to school. Our first topic will be  All about me; drawing self-portraits, looking at vocabulary to describe the key features of our faces such as eyes, ears and nose. We will then move on to learning about homes. Looking at different kinds of houses, making models and labelling different rooms. Our focus is to improve children's vocabulary so they can use more key words in their sentences e.g. we cook in the kitchen or wash in the bathroom.
