Welcome to Y3!
We hope you had a good summer holiday and are ready for the new school year!
The PE lessons will be on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. Children need to make sure they have their PE kit including PE shoes without dark soles.
They will be long days, so don't forget to go to bed early!
Make sure the children have their water bottle in school. There is no free fruit in KS2 so please bring a healthy snack from home.
We will be changing reading books on Fridays, so bring your book bags to school on that day.
Let us know if your Bug Club books need changing.
Please practise your time tables on TT Rockstar.
Home work will usually be given on Wednesdays and Fridays.
When there is a new topic, your child will receive a knowledge organiser (KO) . This will have the key vocabulary and a summary of the knowledge to discuss with your child at home.
Our curriculum meeting with parents will be:
